When parcel is delayed during shipment, there might be some delay in delivery due to shortage of manpower and also courier operation team is currently facing high shipment load.

Creativity Med Sdn Bhd does not represent courier to promise any delivery actual date or special request courier to priority delivery your parcel. Parcel can suffer delays beyond our control, kindly expect slight delay and respect the courier company hard work to deliver your parcel.

Once the parcel is ship out / on delivery, Creativity med are NOT ALLOWED you to request return / cancel the order.

Tracking numbers will be provided by email once shipped. Orders can be tracked at HERE

If any order is placed but the status is “FAILED” that means Creativity Med have not received any order confirmation from the customer. For order “FAILED” it’s about the cause of payment unsuccessful during the payment gateway side.

If you would like to purchase, you may login your account and proceed again the payment under MY ACCOUNT –> ORDERS -> PAY. 

Once the payment is successful, an order confirmation email will be received. We will proceed with your order within 3 working days as standard.

All of our healthy snacks typical shelf life within 12 months. We suggest consuming it immediately after opening the pack for the best taste and freshness.

Yes, our factory and all ingredients and products are certified HALAL by Jakim Malaysia.

All promo codes are available for a limited time and invalid once expired. These promo codes are not redeemable for cash and can’t applied for “Super Saver Bundles” category only.

Besides, promo codes are not able to apply reward point on the same time, you may choose either 1(ONE) for enjoy the discount.

We run everything online so we do not provide Cash of Delivery (COD) at the moment. You may proceed your payment with Online Banking, Debit/Credit Card, e-Wallet at our website.

Reward point is an unique benefit for our valued member. For every purchase you will earn a reward point. So that you can use it for next time purchase to enjoy discount. The point also can be keep it until you want to apply, it’s no expired date.

*Get 1 point by spending RM1, 10 points is equal to RM0.10

Once your order status is “COMPLETE”, the reward point will credit into your account. For next time purchase, it will direct auto generated on the cart when you click “View Cart”,  it’s displayed “Redeemed Points Value”.

Once we ship out the parcel, if any parcel is returned by courier to our store, it could be the buyer provided the wrong delivery details. Creativity Med Sdn Bhd reserves the right decision to request the customer to pay the shipping fee again for reissuing the parcel.

Buyer will be charges the shipping fee again before we ship out again the parcel base on the shipping rates as below:

West Malaysia: RM8

Step 02 (Bank Slip Proof & Correct Shipping Details)
Once the payment is done, you may email the bank slip proof and provide correct shipping details to info@creativitymed.com.my

When our team received your email, we will reissue your parcel to the correct delivery address. Highly appreciate your understanding.

Since we’re excited to packing your order and ship it out as soon as possible, therefore we’re not able to change or cancel your order once your order has been confirmed.

We advised that you confirmed all details are correct before checkout your order. Hence, if the payment is complete, no amendments can be made.

At Creativity Med, our customer satisfaction the product is the most motivation for us. We always care our quality and services, if you are not satisfied the healthy snacks you received, you may contact us at marketing@creativitymed.com.my within 7 days from the date of parcel received along with your order no. and reason for refund/replacement*.

Our marketing team will get in touch with you within 3 working days once we have received your email.

Refund / Replacement Policy:

1. For online order made through our website (creativitymed.com.my) only.

2. All promotional items (Remark: Flash Sale/ Super Saver Bundle) are not able to refund/replacement.

3. Only defected items are allowed for refund/replacement.

4. Any damaged/lost product during courier, please send us the photos proof of the parcel external packaging and effected product as proof via our live chat (click the bottom right corner of icon) or email at marketing@creativitymed.com.my

5. Any refund/replacement request after 7 days from the parcel received, Creativity Med reserves the right to reject any request due to we are unable to determine the exact cause of the affected product.

Our team always try the best to fulfilled all order and ship out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there is not special request for rushing order since we are base on order received and daily baking. Kindly allow us within 5 working days as standard to proceed your order.

We will arrange the shipment service with our official supporting logistic partner for all order placed on website. Creativity Med only coverage any parcel issued by our supporting logistic.

We NOT RECOMMENDED customer to arrange their own third party courier to collect parcel at our store.

Creativity Med Sdn Bhd wouldn’t take any responsibility for compensation that any damaged / lost / weight discrepancy / incurred with other charges issue from third party courier arrange by customer.

Yes, we provide any bulk order, corporate gift or OEM. Please contact marketing@creativitymed.com.my and tell us what you need, we will get back to you as soon as possible during working days.
